| ABOUT CHEF JOEL DINCHER
A massing numerous awards in the culinary arts, including two Iron Chef titles, Chef Joel Dincher prides
himself on tantalizing the palates of everyone from his loyal dining crowd to an impressive list of celebrities.
Prior to his new venture with the Moonfish Grill, Dincher served as Executive Chef of The Palm Restaurant at The Quarter, as well
as Chef of the multi-award winning Brighton Steakhouse at the former Sands Casino Hotel, both in Atlantic City, New Jersey. During
his tenure at the Brighton Steakhouse, Dincher led the restaurant to its highest Zagat ranking of Top Steakhouse in New Jersey in 2006.
Prior, Dincher worked as executive chef at several restaurants in Harrisburg, PA, including the landmark Maverick Steak House, the multi-award winning Firehouse
Restaurant in downtown Harrisburg and his own Mediterranean bistro, Pesce, which received nine Best Restaurant awards during its first year.
Dincher began his career running numerous restaurants and country clubs throughout the east coast in culinary hot spots like Washington, D.C.'s Watergate Hotel
He also worked as corporate chef for a large food service company based out of Philadelphia managing and overseeing 159 restaurants on the east coast.
Dincher graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He currently resides in Brigantine, New Jersey.
